Our organization is currently in search of an academic non-invasive cardiologist (Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor) to enhance our expanding team. Candidates with training and/or experience in Cardiovascular MRI/CT or Preventive Cardiology will be highly regarded. This position provides the chance to engage in the full spectrum of non-invasive cardiology within a collaborative academic setting. Established in 1839, our institution is one of the oldest private medical schools in the nation and serves as the sole academic tertiary care hospital in New York's Capital Region.

Position Overview:

• Practice in General/Preventive cardiology within an office setting.

• Responsibilities include CCU and inpatient consultation services.

• Emphasis on cardiovascular MRI, CT, and/or echocardiography, depending on expertise.

• Engagement in a comprehensive academic environment with opportunities to teach medical students, residents, and cardiology fellows.

• Possibilities to initiate or participate in clinical and translational research.

• Work within a multidisciplinary team that includes APPs, nurses, and technicians.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• MD/DO or equivalent degree with board certification or eligibility in cardiovascular diseases.

• Preferred training and/or experience in CMR/CCT or Preventive Cardiology.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted medical license or eligibility for licensure in New York State.

• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to diverse populations.

• Capability to teach, mentor, and collaborate with medical students, residents, cardiology fellows, and other healthcare professionals.
