Perform a 3-way match on invoices, purchase orders, and packing slips to verify the correct product quantity was received and the correct price was invoiced by the vendor. • Receive product into ERP system. Inventory Discrepancies • Request revised invoices and/or credit memos from vendor to resolve discrepancies. • Track and log inventory discrepancies by vendor and by type. Accounts Payable • Review statements received from vendors to ensure all outstanding invoices have been received and processed in a timely manner. • Communicate status of payment on outstanding invoices when requested. • Request purchase order confirmations from vendor to validate and confirm orders with ERP system. • Request ship dates from vendor and input into ERP system to ensure timely receipt of product. • Request certificates of insurance from new and existing vendors. • Perform monthly credit card reconciliation into ERP system. Accounts Payable clerk: Onsite Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $22.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00am )
•On-site Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with an hour lunchbreak.•Ability to use and learn ERPs and portals. We use Epicor Prophet 21 (experience not required) and Ariba. •Proficiency in MS Office is mandatory – especially Excel and Outlook. Basic Excel data entry, formulas, and formatting. •Work well within a team; no drama.•Attention to detail•Organized•Follows processes•Able to cross-train with A/R to help the team as needed.
Accounts Payable clerk: Onsite Qualifications:
- Experience in accounting: AR/AP required
- English read/write speak fluency
- Knowledge with MS Excel required
- Billing/Invoicing experience a plus
- Resume and interview required.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
