Develop and maintain fiscal policies. Ensure accurate data entry and maintain records. Communicate with state and federal audit representatives as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support accounting processes. Qualifications Prior experience in an accounting role — 2 Years Prior experience analyzing and preparing financial reports — 2 Years Prior experience developing and maintaining fiscal policies — 2 Years High School Diploma Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Excel — 1 Year Efficient and accurate data entry experience — 1 Year Strong oral and written communication skills — 1 Year Customer service experience — 1 Year Prior experience communicating with state and federal audit representatives — Highly desired — 2 Years Prior experience using PeopleSoft Financials — Highly desired Prior experience working with State, County or Federal Budgets — Highly desired Associate's degree or higher in accounting — Highly desired Seniority level Associate Skills Prior accounting and financial reporting experience Attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication skills Additional notes Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Techgene Solutions by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for “Accounts Payable Specialist” roles.
