Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Hold (or be in the process of obtaining) a valid Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license
• ASHA certification required (Clinical Fellow Year candidates will be considered)
• Experience or passion for working in school settings with pediatric populations—open to SLPs, SLP-CCCs, and SLP-CFYs
• Adaptability to work across varying ages and school sites as needed
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with both students and interdisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language pathology services to students with a wide range of disabilities
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs
• Utilize a workload model to manage service delivery efficiently; caseloads and locations will be determined based on organizational needs
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation as required by state and district guidelines
• Practice ongoing collaboration with teachers, staff, and families to foster student progress
