Speech Language Pathologist - Pediatrics & Adults

Brainstorm Therapy Services is a Denver-based private practice providing speech-language pathology services to both pediatric and adult populations across the metro area. Services are delivered in our outpatient clinics in Central Park and Lakewood, as well as through teletherapy and select community or school-based visits. Our practice emphasizes clinician autonomy, sustainable caseloads, and flexibility, including the option for a compressed 4-day work schedule. We are expanding our clinical team and seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join us in either a part-time or developing full-time capacity. This opportunity is ideal for someone interested in building a caseload gradually while working with a diverse client population. The clinician in this role will provide evaluations, individualized treatment, and ongoing care for patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, and swallowing disorders. Our caseload includes a blend of children and adults, so applicants should feel comfortable treating clients across multiple age groups and clinical areas. We are looking for someone who is organized, collaborative, and able to work independently within a supportive team environment. Schedule: Part-time initially, with the option to transition into full-time based on caseload growth Expected Growth Timeline: Approximately 2–3 months Setting: Primarily in-person outpatient therapy with some telepractice Compensation Hourly pay range: $50–$65/hour Estimated full-time annual earnings: $65,000–$75,000 Additional monthly productivity incentives available, with bonus potential up to $6,000 per year Required Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university Active Colorado SLP license through DORA, or eligibility for licensure ASHA CCC-SLP or current Clinical Fellow status Experience treating both pediatric and adult populations Current CPR/BLS certification Professional references Preferred Skills & Experience Professional proficiency in Spanish is preferred, though not required Strong written communication and documentation skills Ability to independently manage scheduling and clinical responsibilities Experience collaborating with families, educators, physicians, and interdisciplinary providers Primary Responsibilities Conduct speech-language and swallowing evaluations Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals Provide evidence-based intervention services Complete timely documentation, including evaluation reports, daily notes, plans of care, and discharge summaries Coordinate care with caregivers and outside professionals as appropriate Combination of clinic-based services and limited off-site visits Reliable transportation required for occasional travel between service locations Benefits Include 401(k) Paid time off Health insurance options Continuing education assistance Brainstorm Therapy Services is an equal opportunity employer.
