** A manufacturing company is seeking a Bookkeeper to work Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. **
** Job Duties: **
- ** Answer phones and check in visitors **
- ** File, Print, and date stamp invoices and purchase orders **
- ** Assist with purchasing materials, shop supplies, and subcontracting **
- ** Labor entry review and adjustments **
- ** Back up Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable **
- ** Comply with federal, state, and local requirements **
** Qualifications: **
- ** Must have previous Bookkeeping and Purchasing experience; Manufacturing background is preferred **
- ** Must be computer literate with accurate data entry skills **
- ** Must be highly organized, thorough, and detail-oriented **
- ** Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times **
