# Customer Service Manager$23.00## The RoleThe Customer Service Manager will be the first point of contact for customers reaching out via email or other official channels (i.e. phone or social media). This position will resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure every customer has what they need to be able to participate in company events successfully.The ideal candidate for this role is extremely organized and knows how to multi-task as this position will entail managing customer service needs across multiple brands which will require a strong ability to multi-task.## What You'll Do* 1. Maintain and manage customer records by keeping the company CRM system up to date.* 2. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.* 3. Learn and uphold the company’s customer participation process to ensure customers receive the full event experience. This will include properly engaging with customers prior to the events to provide all necessary information.* 4. Become proficient in relevant company database software(s).* 5. Provide administrative support to the team where appropriate in preparation for upcoming activities and events.* 6. Learn and uphold the company’s culture and standards.* 7. Understand company products, services, and brands.* 8. Assist with social media efforts where appropriate to cultivate community interaction on relevant company pages and groups.* 9.
