Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify the mental health needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based approaches tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on establishing realistic therapeutic goals.

• Provide therapeutic interventions through secure virtual platforms, facilitating engaging and effective sessions that resonate with clients’ preferences and challenges.

• Develop a rapport and therapeutic alliance with clients while demonstrating empathy and understanding throughout the treatment process.

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all therapy sessions and client progress using our integrated electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities to cater to individual client needs, adapting techniques as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on an array of clients experiencing diverse mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. We serve a broad demographic range within the Chula Vista community and beyond, which requires sensitivity to the unique cultural backgrounds and experiences of each individual. Your role will be pivotal in helping clients rebuild confidence and reclaim their mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in California as an LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or PsyD.

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients in a remote setting.
\n
• A genuine ability to show empathy, compassion, and understanding towards clients’ experiences to foster a safe therapeutic environment.

• Strong organizational skills necessary for managing time effectively and keeping current with documentation requirements.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in providing remote or virtual therapy is preferred, as well as familiarity with teletherapy tools and platforms. Previous work in community health settings or with diverse populations is an asset, enhancing your ability to relate to and understand a wide range of client experiences.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a generous sign-on bonus for licensed therapists joining our team. Our benefits include:
