Production Supervisor

Our products include milk, flavored milk, yogurt, dip, sour cream, cottage cheese, and ice cream mix marketed under the Upstate Farms®, Bison®, Milk for Life®, and Intense Milk® brands.Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily production activities to meet output, quality, and safety targetsSupervise, coach, and develop production employees to improve performance and engagementAssign work and manage staffing to meet production schedules and operational needsEnsure compliance with safety programs, policies, and standard operating proceduresMonitor product quality and escalate non-compliance issues to management promptlyMaintain accurate employee records including attendance, overtime, and safety documentationConduct basic accident investigations and support corrective action implementationEnforce company policies and maintain a positive, accountable work environmentSupport continuous improvement initiatives to improve safety, efficiency, and cost performanceRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required2–4+ years of supervisory or lead experience in a manufacturing, production, or similar operational environment requiredProven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a teamStrong communication skills (verbal and written)Ability to analyze problems and make sound operational decisionsEffective time management and organizational skillsBasic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word and Excel)Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionallyPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Food Science, Business, or related fieldExperience in food or dairy manufacturing strongly preferredExposure to continuous improvement or lean manufacturing environments preferredPay: $80,000-$110,000The salary range listed for this position represents the good faith and reasonable minimum and maximum pay for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, training, knowledge, education, and overall qualifications. The posted salary range reflects just one component of our total rewards package.
