As a Capital Markets Director – Sales (F) within PNC’s Financial Institutions Group organization, you will be based in Dallas, TX. Capital Markets experience Experience with marketing to banks with 500mm+ in assets Experience developing business and managing relationships with community and regional banks in the local market Self‑motivated with the ability to network successfully and convert prospects into clients Experience advising banks regarding bank balance sheet strategies and capital markets products (hedging, fixed income, capital and liquidity, and loan portfolio sales/purchases) Works well in a collaborative, team environment Minimum of Bachelor’s in finance, economics, or accounting preferred Licenses: SIE, Series 7, 79 and 63 required within 120 days of hire Responsibilities Drive sales activities for specific product(s) or transaction(s). Higher level education such as a Master’s degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. Industry relevant experience is typically 8+ years. Specific certifications are often required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
