Seasonal Recruiter

The Seasonal Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and screening skilled trades professionals (e.g., carpenters, electricians, plumbers) during peak hiring periods. This role focuses on high-volume candidate generation, outbound outreach, and initial candidate qualification to build a strong pipeline for further evaluation and placement. The recruiter works closely with local recruiting and operations teams to ensure a consistent flow of qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities Source and engage qualified skilled trades candidates through internal and external recruiting channels. Conduct outbound outreach and screen candidates for qualifications and interest. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using ATS and sourcing tools. Coordinate and schedule interviews with recruiting and operations teams. Track recruiting activity and ensure adherence to established hiring processes. Participate in team meetings and support hiring initiatives as needed. Required Experience High school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable with outbound calling and working in a metrics-driven environment. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Basic computer proficiency.
