Field Reimbursement Manager OBL - Johnson & Johnson MedTech, Circulatory Restoration

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager for its MedTech Circulatory Restoration division. The role focuses on developing and executing reimbursement strategies to improve patient access to Shockwave Medical products, working with internal teams and healthcare customers on coding, coverage, and payment issues.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement reimbursement strategies aligned with Sales leadership to address coding, coverage, and payment barriers
- Create reimbursement materials and tools for physicians, coding staff, and field sales teams
- Identify educational needs at priority accounts and deliver training on coding, billing, and reimbursement
- Conduct webinars for customers; track and report attendance and outcomes
- Collaborate with Marketing on strategies addressing Government, Healthcare Agencies, and Commercial Stakeholder needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or comparable healthcare, insurance, or reimbursement experience
- 5–7 years reimbursement policy and/or payer experience in medical device, healthcare provider, or consulting
- Preferred: at least 3 years field reimbursement experience
- Working knowledge of healthcare economics, managed care, and government payer practices
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and communicate billing, coding, coverage, and payment concepts
- Strong analytic and investigative skills with ability to work independently under minimal supervision
