Seattle - Senior Class Action Attorney The Seattle office of Fisher Phillips seeks an attorney with 7-10 years of employment litigation and class action experience. Candidates should have experience defending employers in disputes involving discrimination, wrongful termination, restrictive covenants, and wage‑hour issues, and preferably have advised clients on workplace policies and daily legal matters. Qualified attorneys will be comfortable drafting discovery, initial pleadings, dispositive motions, and agency position statements, and will bring a high level of persuasive advocacy to complex class actions. Successful candidates will be self‑starters who can work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities Lead and manage class action matter from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, discovery requests, motions, and arguments. Advise clients on workplace policies and day‑to‑day legal issues related to employment. Collaborate closely with class action partners and develop relationships with longstanding clients.
