For our MIR and AMMEGA team, we are currently looking for a

CUSTOMER BILLING SPECIALIST

As a Customer Billing Specialist, you will be responsible processing daily invoicing and customer billing, submitting electronic invoices for payment, and resolving billing disputes. In this role, you will be based in St. Louis, Missouri.

A day in the life of a Customer Billing Specialist can look like

• Interact extensively with customers and MIR employees.
• Process customer invoicing and billing daily.
• Daily electronic invoice submission on customer portals.
• Research and resolve customer billing disputes.
• Process customer credit memos.
• Monitor customer accounts for negative payment trends and escalate to the Accounts Receivable Manager.
• Prepare supplier registration and vendor account maintenance requests on customer portals.
• Provide support to the Accounts Receivable Manager with portal supplier registration and maintenance requests from customers.
• Assist the Accounts Receivable Manager and Head of Finance in monthly and annual closing.
• Assist the Accounts Receivable Manager Head of Finance in quarterly and annual audits.
• Create and maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Provide support to the Head of Finance and Accounts Receivable Manager as requested.
• Other duties as assigned.

We are looking for you to have

• A High School diploma.
• Extensive attention to detail.
• Prior experience with portal gateways preferred.
• Up to two (2) years of related customer service or accounting experience.
• Solid experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
