Accounting Specialist

What You'll Do

As a member of our Accounting Department, you'll play an important role in supporting the firm's financial operations. Responsibilities include:

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Perform daily accounting procedures while ensuring compliance with firm policies and internal controls.
• Review, sort, scan, file, and maintain invoices, checks, and financial documentation.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support to attorneys and staff throughout the firm.
• Assist with additional accounting and administrative projects as needed to support departmental and firm objectives.

Qualifications:

• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing functions preferred.
• Associate degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing workloads.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
