Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive patient intakes, including diagnostic and functional assessments, to develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with primary care providers.

• Monitor patient progress through regular follow-ups, adjusting treatment plans and strategies based on evolving needs and responses to therapy.

• Identify at-risk patients and implement proactive strategies to prevent exacerbation of conditions, including relapse prevention planning.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Protocall Behavioral Health Services Inc. offers a competitive salary range of USD 87,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
