What You’ll Do: Lead overall community operations including care, sales, financial performance and compliance Drive occupancy growth, revenue strategy and market positioning Manage P&L, budgeting, labor and expense control to meet financial goals Recruit, hire, coach and develop high-performing leadership and team membersDeliver exceptional resident and family experience through service excellence Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and quality standards Partner with Sales to advance leads and maximize move-ins Build strong relationships with residents, families and local referral sources Lead team engagement, culture and performance management What You’ll Bring: Prior Executive Director, Administrator or General Manager experience Proven success driving occupancy, revenue and operational performance Strong P&L, budgeting and business management skills Experience leading teams and managing performance Sales and customer relationship experience preferred Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills Passion for serving seniors and leading high-performing teams Executive Director – Lead Community Operations and Drive Growth and Resident Experience Executive Director | Senior Living | General Manager | P&L | Operations Leadership | Healthcare Operations | Community Leadership Pay Range: 99,736.00 - 142,584.00 We also offer benefits and other compensation that include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Plans Retirement Savings Plans Employee Assistant Program / Discount Program Paid time off (PTO), sick time, and holiday pay myFlexPay offered to get paid within hours of a shift Tuition Reimbursement In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses. The eligibility to receive such a bonus will depend on the employee’s position, plan/program offered by Sunrise at the time, and required performance pursuant to the plan/program.
