Job Responsibilities

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and design personalized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional aspirations.
• Implement Effective Therapeutic Techniques: Use research-backed methods to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily living tasks.
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of patient health.
• Guide Patients and Families: Provide education and resources to patients and caregivers to facilitate progress and empowerment at home.
• Track Progress and Adjust Care: Monitor patient outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure they remain on the path to success.

Education Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Ongoing education or additional certifications are encouraged and supported by our team.

Certification Needed

• A valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license is essential.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
