Job Title: Quality Engineer
Location: Milpitas, CA

Job Summary:
Seeking a Quality Engineer with strong electronics manufacturing, PCBA/SMT, QMS, audit, and compliance experience to support quality standards, inspections, corrective actions, and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements:

5+ years of Quality Engineering experience in high-tech electronics
5 years of QMS, audits, and compliance
Hands-on SMT / PCB / PCBA manufacturing experience
Quality inspection, testing, sampling, and data analysis
Corrective Action / CAPA and discrepancy disposition
Quality audits and regulatory/safety standards
Product, process, and equipment qualification
ASQ CQE preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Develop quality inspection, testing, and evaluation methods.
Monitor and report quality/reliability data.
Drive corrective actions and audit activities.
Support customer quality issues and regulatory requirements.
Maintain quality standards and ensure data integrity.
Support product, process, and equipment qualifications.

Target Industries: High-Tech Electronics, PCBA/SMT, EMS, Semiconductor, Electronic Components, Consumer Electronics, and Industrial Electronics.
