They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and modernize core capabilities within their mission-critical platform. In this hands-on role, you will leverage continuous discovery to transform key platform workflows powering digital experiences globally. Job Title: Product ManagerSalary: $160,000 – $170,000 base + 15% target bonusLocation: Hoboken, NJ (Hybrid: 3 days/week onsite)Core Responsibilities & Qualifications4+ years of PM experience with direct ownership over a defined product capability or feature set. Demonstrated discovery skills – running interviews and usability sessions to validate problems before building. Proven experience partnering with engineering and design in an iterative delivery model. Strong data fluency – comfortable defining metrics, tracking instrumentation, and analyzing behavioral data. Clear, structured written communication and outcome-driven product experience. Hands-on familiarity with modern AI tools in daily product workflows. Background in enterprise content systems, workflow automation, or SaaS tools. Experience in digital media, SaaS, or high-volume content environments.
