Who We're Looking For: The Ideal Partner

We are seeking a self-motivated, entrepreneurial sales consultant as a strategic connector and advisor. You must have:

• A proven track record of success in sales to IT TA executives in RPOs, agencies and enterprise-level HR departments.
• An established, verifiable network of IT TA decision-makers (VPs of Talent, CHROs, etc.) in the US in RPOs, agencies and enterprise level HR departments.
• A consultative mindset, with the ability to understand complex business challenges and articulate a clear value proposition.
• The drive and discipline to manage your own pipeline and build a market through your existing contacts from the ground up.

What You'll Do: Open Doors and Drive Growth

Leverage your existing network to secure high-level conversations with key decision-makers in our target markets.

Articulate the powerful value proposition of GlobalPros.ai, demonstrating how our platform automation solves critical IT hiring challenges.

Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to close, acting as a trusted advisor to our clients.

Collaborate directly with our founding team to refine go-to-market strategy and provide market feedback.
