Job Title: Senior AWS Data Scientist
Experience: 10+ Years
Location: Malvern, PA

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and optimize Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions on AWS.
• Build, train, and monitor ML models using Amazon SageMaker.
• Develop GenAI applications leveraging Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker JumpStart, and RAG architectures.
• Implement MLOps pipelines using SageMaker Pipelines, CI/CD, Docker, and GitHub.
• Perform feature engineering, predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and model optimization.
• Develop scalable AI/ML solutions using Python and AWS analytics services.
• Monitor model performance and implement observability best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning.
• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon SageMaker .
• Experience with Amazon Bedrock and GenAI/LLMs.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• SQL, Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow and/or PyTorch.
• AWS Services: S3, Glue, Athena, Redshift, Lambda, CloudWatch .
• MLOps, SageMaker Pipelines, CI/CD, Docker, GitHub.
• RAG Frameworks and LLM application development.
• Experience in feature engineering, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis.
• Exposure to Arize AI or similar AI model monitoring platforms is a plus.
