Overview of Job Duties:

Our client is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant with good communication and motivation skills, as well as efficient multitasking and strong organizational skills. The successful candidate will be able to:

• Provided administrative support to team members, including making copies, scanning of documents, inputting financial documents into QuickBooks and organizing documents 
• Communicate effectively with all team members and employees daily
• Greet and answer general questions via phone calls and face-to-face client contact
• Experience with Microsoft office, Microsoft Teams and Adobe
• Working knowledge of Timeclock systems (TimeNet is Strongly Preferred)
• Tracking and managing employee time clock punches.
• Maintaining a clean and orderly working environment
• Constant keying of data and information accurately and effectively into data systems and/ or spreadsheets

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows- Office, Excel, Outlook, Power Point a must
• Able and eager to perform as an effective-positive team member
• Excellent organization skills with attention to details is critical
• Reliable Attendance
• Able and willing to learn and adapt quickly to your working environment
• Data entry Experience
• Experience working in team-oriented, collaborative environment.

 

 

SKILLS:

• Ability to multi-task, work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to Detail and accuracy
• Basic Math Skills
• Communicate effectively: verbally and in writing
• Able to speak, read and write fluent English and work with a team.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
• Exhibit a detail-oriented approach in handling all tasks
• Present professionally and demonstrate sound judgment in day-to-day interactions
• Multi-task and assimilate information quickly

EXPERIENCE/ EDUCATION:
High School diploma/GED.

Job Type: Full-time Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm 

Pay Rate: Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Location : Modesto, CA.
