Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work in close coordination with other OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

Guide Patients and Families: Provide education on therapy techniques to help patients and their caregivers promote continued progress at home.

Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary, keeping patients on their intended path.

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution

Encouragement and support for ongoing education or further certifications

Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
