As an Executive Assistant , you will provide high-level administrative and strategic support to executive leadership, ensuring efficient operations and effective coordination across the organization. Why You’ll Love Working Here Mission-driven, community-focused organization Opportunities for professional growth and development The ability to work closely with executive leadership and make a meaningful organizational impact What You’ll Do & Bring As an Executive Assistant, you will support executive leadership through a wide range of administrative and operational responsibilities while exercising discretion, independence, and strategic thinking. Key Responsibilities: Represent leadership in priority meetings as needed Prioritize and coordinate meetings, ensuring agendas and objectives are clearly defined Manage executive calendars, schedules, and daily priorities Coordinate travel arrangements, business meetings, and executive accommodations Serve as a liaison between executive leadership, board members, staff, and external partners Support executive team members with scheduling and operational tasks Organize internal and external events, including leadership development initiatives Coordinate board meetings and support communication with the Board of Directors Manage communications, including calls, emails, and documentation routing Collaborate with leadership to develop reports for executive, quarterly, and annual meetings Support cross-functional initiatives and organizational committees Provide additional support to executive leadership as assigned What You Bring: High school diploma or GED Experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization Proficiency with computer systems and standard office applications High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong judgment and problem-solving skills Ready to Make a Difference?
