As our Front Desk Office Manager, you'll lead every aspect of the guest experience - from seamless check-in to genuine, memorable service. You'll set the tone for our hotel and inspire a team to deliver excellence every single day.What You'll DoOwn all Front Office operations - guest registration, room inventory, service standards, cost controls, and marketing initiatives.Hire, train, schedule, and coach a team of up to 15 Guest Service Agents, building a culture of high performance and hospitality.Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally; monitor satisfaction trends and drive continuous improvement.Manage franchise systems, GDS, and all booking channels; oversee revenue capture and competitive analysis.Maintain all hardware, software, and point-of-sale equipment; ensure team knowledge is always current.Oversee audit procedures, accounts reconciliation, month-end processes, and A/R transfers.Uphold hotel safety, security, and confidentiality standards at all times.BenefitsUpon hire, you will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, dental, voluntary life insurance, short-term disability, and a flexible spending account.
