The position is located in Tallahassee,Florida and work is on-site . Responsibilities: Design, develop, and submit reporting tools and datamanagement routines that populate centralized datasets used for reporting basedon functional specifications. Reporting tools will provide access to keyperformance indicators identified by the client as a priority, Clinical QualityMeasures established by the National Quality Forum and Federal ElectronicHealth Record (EHR) Meaningful Use Objectives. Evaluate and submit business requirements anddetermine key performance indicators to be evaluated by the client to establishpriority. Analyze and submit business requirements for keyperformance indicators identified by the client as a priority. Use the businessrequirements to develop report specifications utilizing Microsoft Office tools. Facilitate specification reviews with businessanalysts and team managers. Ensure a defined agenda is communicated toparticipants, provide a common understanding of terms and definitions,synthesize ideas, track discussions and provide clear summaries of thediscussion and decisions in oral and written form. Requirements A minimum of Five years of documented experiencemanaging database structures and design. A minimum of Five years documented experiencemaintaining centralized data reporting infrastructure for the purposes ofenterprise-wide decision support. A minimum of Five years writing relational and OnlineAnalytical Processing (OLAP) database queries using SQL. A minimum of Five years working with SQL ServerAnalysis Services (SSAS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) or similar. A minimum of Five years performing requirementsanalysis and generating ad-hoc reports.
