Rca Analyst

We are looking for an RCA Analyst that will be responsible for assisting key leadership in Capital and RCA-related projects. As a Capital Planning Administrator, you will also be responsible for collaborating with the finance team when necessary to make strategic capital plans that the organization will use to make key business decisions.

Responsibilities: RCA Analyst

• Administer the capital plan for a highly capital-intensive business, including various tasks such as preparing timetables, communication, template distribution, consolidation, meeting coordination, and revision documentation
• Compile a summary of the capital plan for communication with the CEO and CFO
• Manage the Request for Capital Allocation (RCA) process, including managing the RCA template, validating funding and other necessary information for approval, and coordinating with different departments
• Monitor the approval process to minimize delays and report on capital spending to the CFO and VP of Operations and Services on a monthly basis
• Conduct financial analysis of Expansion and Development RCAs over $500k, including post-project cost and benefits analysis and preparing associated reporting
• Perform other duties as directed by the VP of Operations and Services

Qualifications: RCA Analyst

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• Have a minimum of 4 years of accounting or related business experience
• Have experience with acquisitions, fixed plants, and heavy equipment (preferred)
• Demonstrate experience working with an ERP system
• Possess strong attention to detail
• Have exceptional organizational skills
