Your goals, ideas and perspective can help shape our future – we look forward to hearing them!Under direct supervision, the Production Associate assists in the production process by loading and unloading material from machines, conveyors, and mobile equipment; supplying or holding materials or tools; placing material in equipment or on work surfaces for further processing, inspecting or wrapping; as well as stacking and banding material or products.Primary Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssists by loading and unloading material from machines, conveyors, etc.Assists in the placement of products on equipment or work surfaces, supplying or holding materials or toolsWraps, stacks, and bands material or productsBuilds or assembles cratesActively participates in continuous improvement and corrective action activitiesPerform housekeeping, 5-S, and other duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum Education & Experience QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent, or attain ACT WorkKeys Assessment at certified job profile skill levelPreferred Education & Experience Qualifications1-year experience in a manufacturing environmentTechnical Skills & CompetenciesBasic computer skillsAbility to understand and follow written and oral instructionsAdditional InformationThe preceding job responsibilities and tasks were designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by associates in this job.
