Project Manager

Commercial Drywall & Acoustical Construction Fort Worth, Texas A commercial interiors contractor in Fort Worth is seeking an experienced Estimator / Project Manager to oversee drywall and acoustical projects from preconstruction through completion. This position is responsible for developing accurate estimates, preparing proposals, coordinating project documentation, and managing multiple active projects. Responsibilities Prepare complete conceptual and final cost estimates for complex projects Review drawings and specifications to develop detailed, accurate proposals Review contracts and project requirements Prepare and manage submittal documents Coordinate with foremen, superintendents, and other project personnel Manage multiple projects simultaneously from preconstruction through closeout Prepare and track RFIs, RFCs, and change orders Coordinate with general contractors, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project partners Attend pre-bid walkthroughs, jobsite visits, coordination meetings, pull-planning meetings, and other project-related meetings Maintain strong working relationships with clients, field teams, and internal staff Support company safety and quality-control standards throughout each project Required Qualifications At least five years of successful estimating and project management experience within the drywall and acoustical industry Strong understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and specifications Experience managing the financial, administrative, and operational details of commercial construction projects Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects effectively Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Willingness to travel to local project sites as required Commitment to meeting or exceeding client expectations Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field Experience with The EDGE estimating software Experience with Bluebeam LEED accreditation Full-time Based in Fort Worth, Texas Local travel to project sites is required Collaborates with company leadership, estimators, project managers, human resources, safety consultants, field leadership, suppliers, general contractors, and subcontractors #J-18808-Ljbffr Global Recruiters of Prosper (GRN)
