ENTRY-LEVEL SERVICE WRITER / CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR

Delaney Tire & Auto is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable person to join our team as an Entry-Level Service Writer and Customer Experience Coordinator.

Automotive experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person who has a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine desire to help customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming experience
• Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments
• Gather accurate customer and vehicle information
• Check vehicles in and document customer concerns
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
• Send digital inspections, estimates, and status updates
• Explain basic service recommendations with support from experienced advisors
• Notify customers when their vehicles are ready
• Review invoices and assist with customer checkout
• Follow up with customers after service
• Maintain a clean, organized front counter and waiting area
• Work closely with service advisors, technicians, and management
