Job Description :  We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Event Staff to join our dynamic team and contribute to the successful execution of a variety of events. As an Event Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that each event runs smoothly, providing exceptional service and support to both guests and organizers. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup and breakdown of event venues including arranging furniture and equipment.
• Greet and register guests, providing them with necessary information and materials.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the event.
• Provide directions and answer inquiries to facilitate guest navigation.
• Support event coordinators with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Physical stamina to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Experience in customer service or event assistance preferred.
