Human Resources InternCamaco LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Intern to support the HR department with personnel file management and employee onboarding activities. This part-time role offers hands-on experience in Human Resources operations and is ideal for someone interested in developing practical HR skills. We are looking for a candidate who is available to start as soon as possible.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAudit and organize employee personnel files to ensure accuracy and completenessCreate and maintain electronic personnel recordsScan, upload, and properly file HR documentsAssist with hourly employee interviewingSupport new hire orientation for hourly employeesMaintain confidentiality and comply with HR record-keeping requirementsAssist with general HR administrative duties as neededReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.QualificationsRequired Education & ExperienceCurrently pursuing or recently completed coursework in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)High School Diploma or EquivalentCompetenciesStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skillsBasic computer skills, including experience with scanning and electronic filing systemsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretionDependable and able to work independentlyWork EnvironmentWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in an office setting with occasional plant floor visits and observation.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
