Customer Success & Sales Specialist

Rumple is looking for an outgoing, energetic person with a strong sales background who loves working with people and is excited about AI, automation, and technology.

The primary role of this position will be Customer Support & Training. You'll work directly with our customers every day, answering phones, handling support tickets, and conducting live Zoom training with salespeople and managers.

At the same time, we're specifically looking for someone with a STRONG SALES BACKGROUND because we see this position growing into a larger sales role.

As you become an expert in Rumple, you'll begin taking on more demos, prospecting, follow-up, and new business opportunities. The goal is for your sales responsibilities to continue growing over time.

Someone who can sell, connect really well with people, train and teach, and loves tinkering with AI and automation.

Primary Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming customer phone calls
• Managing and responding to customer support tickets
• Running live Zoom training sessions with salespeople and managers
• Onboarding new Rumple customers
• Troubleshooting customer questions and issues
• Creating quick Loom training videos and walkthroughs
• Learning Rumple inside and out
• Running Rumple sales demos as you learn the system
• Prospecting and developing new sales opportunities
• Following up with prospects
• Building relationships with media managers and sales leaders
• Using AI and automation to improve workflows and processes
• Testing new Rumple features and helping identify ways we can improve the product

You'll be talking with customers every day, so you need to genuinely enjoy working with people and be comfortable picking up the phone or jumping on a Zoom call.

Sales Background We're Looking For

A strong, proven sales background is important for this position.

While your primary role will initially center around customer support and training, we're looking for someone who has the ability to grow into a significant sales role with Rumple.

Most of our sales process happens over Zoom, so you need to be able to connect with people through a screen and make a software demo feel like a conversation rather than a presentation.

We're looking for someone with:

• A proven track record in sales
• An outgoing and engaging personality
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Confidence leading meetings and demos over Zoom
• The ability to build relationships quickly
• The ability to ask good questions and listen
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
• Comfort picking up the phone and talking with customers and prospects
• The ability to explain technology without making it complicated

Experience in Digital Advertising or Traditional Advertising is a BIG PLUS.

AI & Automation

This is an important part of the position.

We want someone who is already actively using, experimenting with, or tinkering with AI and automation tools, including:

• ChatGPT
• Claude
• n8n
• AI agents
• APIs
• Workflow automation platforms
• Other AI tools you've discovered and experimented with

You do NOT need to be a programmer.

You DO need to be curious.

We want someone who sees a repetitive process and naturally starts thinking:

"Could I automate this?"

As you learn Rumple, you'll have opportunities to use AI and automation to improve our support, training, sales, internal processes, and workflows within Rumple itself.

Customer Support & Training

Customer service is a big part of this position.

You'll be responsible for helping customers throughout the day through support tickets, phone calls, and live Zoom meetings.

You'll also conduct one-on-one training with both salespeople and managers, helping them understand not only how to use Rumple, but how to get the most out of it.

Our philosophy is pretty simple: We treat every customer like they're our only customer.

We're a small team, so everyone jumps in when needed.

Growth Into Sales

As your knowledge of Rumple grows, so will your sales opportunities.

You'll have opportunities to:

• Run live Rumple sales demos
• Prospect for new customers
• Follow up with opportunities
• Develop relationships with media companies
• Close new business
• Help onboard and train the customers you sell

Your time working directly with customers will give you a huge advantage because you won't just know how to demo Rumple. You'll understand how customers actually use it and the problems it solves.

Schedule & Location

Full-Time

Monday-Friday | Generally 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

In-office position in St. George, Utah

Compensation

Starting pay: $25 per hour

This position is designed to grow as your role and responsibilities grow.

As you become an expert in Rumple and begin taking on more sales and account management responsibilities, the compensation structure can transition from hourly pay to a competitive salary plus performance-based compensation.

This can include:

• Performance bonuses
• Sales bonuses based on specific milestones
• Additional compensation as your role and responsibilities grow

We're looking for someone who wants to grow into a larger role with Rumple, and we want the compensation to grow along with it.
