You will oversee technical design, project delivery, client engagement, budgeting, and business development activities.This job focuses on making connections with people and motivating them to achieve results in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. The ideal candidate displays poise, an engaging and empathetic communication style, and a sincere appreciation for people, with the ability to gain commitment and buy-in while driving toward shared goals. Success in this role requires strong initiative and self-direction, paired with skill in influencing, persuading, and selling ideas—whether advancing new internal processes or external products and services—by understanding individual motivations and linking them to team and organizational objectives.
