A well-established private dental practice in Libertyville, IL is seeking a General Dentist to join its patient-focused team. The Opportunity

This role offers a strong combination of earning potential, flexibility, and long-term opportunity within an established private practice.

• 33% of collections, less 50% of laboratory fees
• Strong earning potential with an established patient base and approximately 95% collection rate
• Monday–Thursday schedule , with flexibility to work Tuesday–Thursday
• Primarily fee-for-service patient base
• Initial 1-year associate agreement , with the potential to transition into a long-term/full-time role
• Potential partnership or ownership opportunity for the right dentist
• Opportunity to provide comprehensive general dentistry while developing your own patient relationships

This is a solo-doctor practice, so the incoming dentist will have the opportunity to work with a high degree of independence and make clinical decisions without the restrictions and bureaucracy often found in larger corporate practices.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a personable, confident General Dentist who is committed to providing excellent patient care and takes pride in their clinical work.

The ideal candidate will be:

• Comfortable working independently in a solo-doctor practice
• Experienced or confident in diagnosis, treatment planning, and comprehensive general dentistry
• Patient-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interested in developing a loyal, long-term patient base
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented

Additional clinical skills and interests are welcome. Experience with endodontics or other advanced procedures would be a plus, but is not required . The priority is finding a well-rounded GP who enjoys comprehensive, everyday general dentistry and building relationships with patients.
