Pharmacist Pipeline Dallas TX

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring remote pharmacists in Texas. Contract Details 6‑month contract, with potential extension or full‑time offer. Schedule 8‑hour shift between 5am and midnight CST, 5 days a week which may or may not include a weekend day(s). Pay $57.00 to $59.64 per hour, based on location. Training The first four weeks of training are Monday‑Friday 8:00am‑5:00pm CST. After training, shifts are 8‑hour shifts with a half‑hour or one‑hour lunch. Candidate must be available from 5am to midnight, including weekends, overtime, and flexible hours. Primary Responsibilities Serve as a clinical resource working from a computer, reviewing prior authorizations and receiving phone calls from prior authorization pharmacy technicians and/or healthcare providers to gather, clarify, and assess detailed clinical information. Interpret medical and pharmacy policy criteria to make sound and timely coverage determinations in accordance with federal, state, and organizational guidelines. Consult directly with prescribing physicians and healthcare providers to clarify clinical questions, interpret guideline criteria, and provide decisions on prior authorization requests. Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and/or prescribers to provide clinical insights on appropriate medication usage, recommending cost‑effective, formulary‑compliant therapeutic alternatives when applicable to support optimal patient care and medication access. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Doctorate of Pharmacy Active State Pharmacist License At least 6 months of pharmacist experience Ability to work 5am to 12am, flexible hours including overtime and weekends Must reside within Texas Benefits Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401(k) plan.
