Our client is looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Global Ecommerce Returns Solutions Sales Specialist to lead the growth of their innovative international returns platform. This is more than a sales role—it's an opportunity to shape how global retailers rethink returns, improve customer loyalty, reduce operational costs, and build more sustainable supply chains. What You'll Do As a trusted advisor, you'll own the complete sales journey—from identifying opportunities to closing strategic partnerships. What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who enjoys hunting for new business while building long-term partnerships. You'll be successful if you have: 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience in returns, SaaS, ecommerce technology, logistics, packaging, parcels, or related solution-based environments. Individual prospecting and selling in a team environment is ideal. Proven ability to sell complex solutions and manage consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders. Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, digital technologies, APIs, and software integrations. Experience presenting technology solutions and delivering compelling product demonstrations. Excellent communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and business development skills. Self-motivated, results-driven professional with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Experience in ecommerce returns, reverse logistics, cross-border commerce, or customer experience solutions. Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or similar ecommerce technologies is preferred.
