Work Arrangement: On-site | Independent Contractor

Schedule: Short Term, Project Based, from Nov 16th to Dec 2, 2026 (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

J ob Summary

\n

We are seeking experienced L2 Onsite Support Engineers to support a site survey at the Englewood location. The engineers will provide hands-on technical support, assist with infrastructure assessment, and ensure all required site survey activities are completed before the office closure.

\n

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Provide onsite L2 technical support during the site survey.
\n
• Perform hardware, software, network, and connectivity troubleshooting.
\n
• Assist with assessment and documentation of the site's IT infrastructure.
\n
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex issues when required.
\n
• Support network devices, endpoints, printers, peripherals, and other onsite IT equipment.
\n
• Perform basic network troubleshooting, including connectivity, cabling, ports, and device configuration checks.
\n
• Document hardware, network, and infrastructure details identified during the survey.
\n
• Coordinate with client stakeholders and remote technical teams.
\n
• Maintain accurate records of findings, issues, and recommendations.
\n
• Ensure all assigned site survey activities are completed within the required timeline.
\n

L2 Engineer Requirements

\n

\n
• 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, desktop support, or L2 technical support.
\n
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows operating systems, laptops/desktops, printers, peripherals, and hardware troubleshooting .
\n
• Experience troubleshooting LAN/WAN connectivity, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, and basic network issues .
\n
• Familiarity with network switches, routers, access points, patch panels, and structured cabling .
\n
• Ability to perform hardware installation, replacement, configuration, and troubleshooting.
\n
• Experience with Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, and basic Microsoft 365 troubleshooting .
\n
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently at the L2 level.
\n
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
\n
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
\n
• Ability to work independently and professionally at a client site.
\n
• Must be available onsite Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM local time , from November 16th through December 2nd, 2026.
