Key Responsibilities\n

As a Telehealth Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will primarily consist of stable adult clients with lower acuity mental health challenges. All clients are carefully screened and matched to ensure compatibility with your therapeutic specialties and demographic preferences. This curated approach prioritizes both client safety and counselor satisfaction, allowing you to maximize your impact on those you serve.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current, full licensure as a mental health counselor in the state of Tennessee, with no disciplinary actions on record. Acceptable licenses include:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
\n
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
\n

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to empathically connect with clients.
