This role will operate in a fully remote setting, allowing for flexibility in your schedule while you engage with clients through telehealth appointments. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and establish clinical diagnoses. This may include utilizing standardized assessment tools and interviewing techniques.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities suited to the individual goals of each client and their families.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant frameworks.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention strategies, guiding clients through acute mental health emergencies with empathy and professionalism.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and assessment results, adhering strictly to ethical and legal guidelines.

• Collaborate with a diverse interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic and coordinated care for our clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health concepts, treatment pathways, and community resources available for additional support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will serve a diverse population ranging from adolescents to adults, focusing on clients with various mental health disorders including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 , commensurate with experience.
