Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health statuses, utilizing clinical interviews and standardized assessment tools to inform the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Design and implement tailored therapeutic interventions suited to individual client needs, offering strategies and coping mechanisms that promote mental well-being.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions with clients, providing ongoing support, encouragement, and tools for overcoming mental health challenges.

• Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes within the EHR system, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a varied patient population, including adults facing issues such as substance abuse, depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, and eating disorders. Your expertise will empower clients to explore their challenges, discover their inner strengths, and pursue their goals in a supportive therapeutic environment. Cultural competence will be essential, as you will approach each client with sensitivity to their unique experiences and backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW in Tennessee.

• Minimum of four years of direct experience in mental health counseling or a relevant field.

• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and approaches with a solid understanding of mental health disorders.

• Demonstrated ability to engage in culturally responsive practices within therapy settings.
\n
• Strong crisis intervention skills and the capacity to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport and establish trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
