Quality Assurance Responsibilities: This role will provide direct support to the manufacturing lines through development and implementation of methods and procedures for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection to ensure that the products are free of flaws and function as designed. Role responsibilities include:

• Monitoring and trending production defects and leading projects to resolve top defects.
• Identifying, containing, and correcting nonconformances originating from the manufacturing area.
• Coaching cross functional team on QMS requirements as it relates to manufacturing facility.
• When appropriate, designs and installs testing equipment and performs product testing and analysis to maintain quality levels and minimize defects and failure rates.
