The role involves architecting and optimizing the marketing technology ecosystem to ensure the business can scale with stronger visibility, cleaner data, and better alignment across revenue teams. The successful candidate will also be tasked with refining market positioning and messaging for sophisticated technology solutions, building a high-value content engine, and partnering closely with commercial leadership to enhance funnel design, sales enablement, and campaign execution. Applicants for the Head of Marketing and Growth Infrastructure position at the company should have at least 5 years of B2B marketing experience, with a preference for those who have worked in AI, SaaS, deep tech, industrial, manufacturing, or similar technical sectors. The role requires a proven track record in building and scaling a marketing technology stack and operations function, as well as experience in marketing complex offerings to industrial or manufacturing buyers. Strong leadership skills, including the ability to manage and develop teams, are essential. The ideal candidate will have a startup or scale-up background, be adept at creating structure and process in ambiguous environments, and possess strong content development, positioning, and brand-building capabilities.
