Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans focusing on the unique needs of couples and families.

• Provide both individual and joint therapy sessions using evidence-based practices to address diverse issues.

• Engage with clients experiencing challenges such as alcoholism, abuse (both physical and psychological), grief, family conflicts, and job stress.

• Facilitate discussions that resolve communication difficulties among family members, and assist in navigating the complexities of blended families and divorce.

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary, while ensuring that all services align with clinical best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on couples and families within the Paterson, New Jersey area, including a diverse demographic spanning various backgrounds. You will also work with children and adolescents, ensuring that care is personalized and culturally competent. Qualifications\n
