Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health to identify their needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide one-on-one, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to drive progress.

• Regularly evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on client feedback and therapeutic outcomes, ensuring the plan remains relevant and effective.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans in accordance with legal and professional standards.

• Engage in collaborative care with interdisciplinary teams comprising psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers to address clients' mental health and wellness comprehensively.

• Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health practices and changes in local regulations to ensure compliance and optimal care.

• Provide crisis intervention services and support clients experiencing acute mental health crises, utilizing appropriate techniques to de-escalate situations safely.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a varied client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship conflicts. Your role is crucial in helping clients navigate their challenges, providing them with the tools and strategies needed for improved mental health and overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
\n
• A current, valid, and unrestricted license in the state of Pennsylvania as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
\n
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working in mental health counseling or a related field.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in maintaining accurate client records.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.
\n
• Knowledge of local and state mental health regulations, and familiarity with community resources.

• Experience working in a community health clinic or similar mental health setting.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy practices.

• Additional certifications or specialized training in specific therapeutic modalities would be an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
