Description [Responsibilities] Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the mission of ALMGHospitality.com/operations. Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using a dishwasher or by hand. Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition. Immediately report any functional or mechanical problems to the Kitchen Manager. Monitor dishwasher water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle. Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies. Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas. Prepare and package individual place settings. Receive and store food supplies, equipment, and utensils in refrigerator or other storage areas. Transfer supplies or equipment between storage and work areas Load or unload trucks that deliver or pick up food or supplies. Cook and prepare a variety of food products according to the Daily Prep List. Attend all scheduled employee meetings and offers suggestions for improvement. Assist in training new fellow employees according to up-to-date training manual.
