Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking ABEM/AOBEM Emergency Medicine Physicians for a long-term locum tenens opportunity in Voorhees, New Jersey , beginning December 31, 2026 .

With approximately 25 locum shifts available each month , this is a substantial ongoing need—not sporadic coverage. Physicians will join an established physician and NP/PA staffing model in a 30-bed Emergency Department seeing approximately 58,000 patients annually , with day, swing and overnight shifts available.

Schedule & Coverage

• Start: December 31, 2026
• Long-term need anticipated for 6+ months
• Approximately 25 locum shifts per month
• Day, swing and night coverage available
• Physician shifts:
  • 7a–6p
  • 11a–9p
  • 12p–10p
  • 2p–12a
  • 10p–7a
• Multiple overlapping physician shifts throughout the day
• NP/PA coverage:
  • 10a–8p
  • 4p–2a

Emergency Department

• 58,000 annual ED visits
• 30 ED beds
• Approximately 2.2 patients per hour
• Physician + NP/PA staffing model
• Epic EMR
• No trauma designation
• No scribe services
• Physicians provide NP/PA supervision

Requirements

• Emergency Medicine residency training
• ABEM or AOBEM board certification/eligibility
• FM and IM-trained physicians are not accepted
• 1–3 years of Emergency Medicine experience
• Active New Jersey medical license required before credentialing can begin
• Board-eligible physicians must remain within 5 years of eligibility
• Board-certified EM physicians are exempt from the life-support certification requirements
• Board-eligible physicians require AHA ACLS, AHA PALS and ATLS

Credentialing

• Temporary privileges are available , depending on file readiness and coverage need
• Application processing cannot begin with a pending New Jersey license
• Cross-credentialing at additional affiliated New Jersey locations is expected
