Day in the Life

Based in Fremont, CA, you start your first-shift morning by gowning up and stepping into a controlled cleanroom. Your focus: assembling precision components with care and consistency. You follow clear work instructions and SOPs, perform in-process quality checks, and capture accurate records of every step. Throughout the day, you team up with fellow technicians to streamline steps, raise ideas, and immediately flag any equipment issues or safety concerns. You wrap up with documentation finalized and skills sharpened through ongoing training on the latest cleanroom practices and technologies.

• Assemble components and finished products inside a cleanroom while strictly following cleanliness and safety protocols.
• Perform quality inspections to verify products meet specifications and standards.
• Document assembly steps and quality results with precise, timely records.
• Collaborate closely with teammates to enhance processes and drive efficiency.
• Adhere to all SOPs and work instructions to maintain compliance.
• Join training sessions to stay current on cleanroom methods and technologies.
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to management without delay.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• Experience in cleanroom assembly or similar environment preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Strong hand–eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Comfort working both independently and within a team setting.
• Knowledge of basic quality control concepts and practices.
• Commitment to all safety and cleanliness standards.
