Sales Account Manager

Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leader We pioneer technology for mobility experience that matter to people. Your mission, roles and responsibilities As a Sales Account Manager, you'll be the commercial champion for our cutting-edge technologies. You'll:
• Own RFQ responses and drive new business opportunities with precision and urgency.
• Promote our advanced product portfolio, including:
o 360° surround view systems
o Automated parking solutions
o E-mirrors and electric power steering
o Cockpit displays and infotainment systems
o Interior lighting and HMI technologies
o Body electronics (access, comfort, seat controls)
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with OEMs and Tier 1 customers.
• Lead commercial strategy for your accounts, managing pricing, profitability, and engineering changes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless execution.
• Track KPIs and contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning. This position is not eligible now or in the future for Visa sponsorship Your profile and competencies to succeed

- Qualifications: Minimum education level: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. Experience: +2 years' experience in the automotive sales environment, preferably with electronics. Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge of automotive sales environment (electronics preferred)
- Ability to build trust-based long-term relationships.
- Full ownership of account performance, from customer satisfaction and commercial actions to revenue growth.
- Action oriented person with strong organizational skills.
- Mechanical aptitude, strong organizational skills, strong communicator, action oriented.
- Strong negotiation skills with proven track record of success on various commercial assignments exhibiting good judgment.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset in addressing challenges.
- Lead by example with energy, drive and accountability.
- Drive results, customer focus, collaborate with others.
